About Massa

A voice shaped by
the unexpected.

"Today, she helps individuals, families, and communities navigate identity, emotional well-being, and life's unexpected transitions with hope, resilience, and purpose."

For over a decade, Massa Saba Brown, M.Ed. has been at the intersection of mental health advocacy, youth development, and community wellness — now leading that work as a keynote speaker and Founder & CEO of MyMenta.

As a child who experienced a speech delay, Massa learned early what it means to find her voice. Her journey through a high-risk pregnancy, preterm birth, and NICU motherhood further shaped her passion for resilience, mental wellness, and strong support systems.
